Surface Printing & Reverse Printing
In today's competitive packaging culture, reverse rotogravure printing is the most sought-after print process for a variety of reasons. Because the ink is trapped between two layers of film, the image is protected from scrapes, scratches, and fading. Customers can specify any and all necessary film functions (air and moisture barriers, physical resiliency, UV protection, and more) at the lowest possible cost-to-performance ratio.

Multi-Layer Lamination
At Vapco, Multi-layer lamination techniques are combined with innovative die-cutting processes. This enables unrestricted design capabilities, eliminates constraints, and fosters engineering creativity.
We have the capability to laminate multiple material layers in a single pass. We specialize in the lamination of a wide range of advanced materials, including films, foils, foam, and nonwoven materials. This allows for the creation of specific areas of adhesive on materials, which is frequently used to improve the managing of components during application and placement.

Pouches - Three sides gusset, Central Seal, D Cut, Zipper, Spout & Standup Pouches
Three Side Seal Pouch :
The three-side seal pouch is a high-quality and reasonably priced flat pouch produced from a single piece of film that is either left open at the top for filling or sealed on two sides and the top. These pouches with a three-sided seal have a "Higher Filling Volume," but four-sided sealed pouches would not be able to retain the same amount of filling. These pouches are chosen by businesses that must operate on a limited budget because they provide affordable packaging options.

Center Seal Pouches: One of the most affordable types of packaging, they are widely used in industry. These pouches have a bottom, top, and back seal and are made to resemble pillows. Usually, the top side is left unclosed so that the contents can be added.
Pillow Pouches are renowned for having completely wrapped-around visual displays. Because of the pouch's design, Large Filling Volume can always be used to fill the contents.
PVC Pet Shrink Sleeves
Shrink sleeves are a popular choice primarily used for attractive labels to various containers such as plastic or glass bottles, jars etc. We, at Vapco industries, can provide sleeves in both roll and sleeve form. To maintain high accurateness in printing and shrinking, we use cast PVC. We also offer Pearlized BOPP labels, which are commonly found on soda bottles, water bottles, and other containers. High and even shrinking allows for the use of even the most unusually shaped containers and that too with the excellent print quality and water resistance
Because it is reverse printed, it is scratch resistant.
