Our Infrastructure
Our production facility is in Lalru (vill. Malakpur, Derabassi, SAS Nagar, Punjab) which is less than 30 kilometers from Chandigarh Airport. The facility in Lalru has a built-up area of more than 55,000 Sq.ft. Our facility provides good power, water, labor, and the road connecting infrastructure.

Rotogravure Printing
We have rotogravure printing machines that are outfitted with cutting-edge digital AC drives, auto registration control systems, web video inspection systems, and turn bars. We provide printing services for a number of substrates, including polyester (PET), paper, biaxially oriented polyamide (BOPA), polyethylene, metalized films, shrink PVC, and PET-G.
Solvent-free Laminating Machine
All of our solvent-free lamination machines operate at fast speeds and use cutting-edge drives. The equipment enables the team to produce intricate extrusion-coated and laminated structures. Extremely exact extrusion thicknesses are processed by the high-speed extrusion lamination machine, ensuring uniform thickness and quality.
Slitting, Pouch Making & Sleeving
We at Vapco, have an adequate and well-balanced capacity for printing and laminating. We have slitting machines and pouch-making machines to manufacture a variety of pouches, including box pouches, side seal pouches, center seal pouches, zipper pouches, spout pouches and stand-up pouches.
Additionally, we also have rolls of PET-G and shrinkable PVC sleeves, gluing equipment, and cutting equipment.
Solvent-Base Laminator
At Vapco, we perform a range of jobs involving solvent-based coatings on plastic films using solvent base machines. These are designed to deliver the highest levels of performance and productivity through the seamless integration of cutting-edge electronics and mechanical components with ergonomic designs.
We have the capacity for a range of laminating operations, high productivity, ease of use, and optimal energy utilization.
